Accomplished in Operations Management with more than 20 years of leading multimillion-dollar initiatives and driving significant improvements in profit margins, performance, compliance, and cash flow. In 2016, MJ relocated to Southeast Florida where she became, and am now, a Global Luxury Real Estate Specialist, presently with LPT Realty.

MJ's background includes successful business experience in contract negotiation and managing optimal P&L performance. Equally strong in building and rallying teams of multicultural, cross-functional staff around project deliverables, quality standards, and financial goals.

Since moving to Florida, MJ has mastered the luxury waterfront, international, country club and golf real estate sector, and has gone through the rigorous training of becoming certified with the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. Her success has led to her outstanding induction into the Million Dollar Guild, within the first year of being licensed.

As a native Jerseyan coming from an extensive real estate background, MJ's extroverted, and very sophisticated, personality has helped her make many contacts in the “off market” world, leading to many millions of dollars of property under contract. This led to the birth of Sanzari Global Properties, LLC, her worldwide real estate consulting firm that concentrates on straight out purchases, as well as 1031 exchanges in the multifamily, commercial, hospitality and industrial real estate sector.

MJ's ability to listen allows her to distinguish the needs and wants of each individual client, in turn, building unshakeable, trusting relationships that often lead to sight unseen purchases. As a highly driven negotiator, MJ does not stop until she get the best deal for her clients. MJ's strategic perseverance and "time of the essence" mentality leaves no stone unturned. There is no margin for error, and this mentality is instilled in her team.
